Eligibility criteria
The Select Operators Scheme is focused on smaller and growing transport and logistics companies that need help investing in better systems. To qualify, your business must meet all of the following requirements. Places are limited to 10 operators per quarter.
Requirement 1
2–15 vehicles in operation
Your fleet has between 2 and 15 vehicles in operation across all depots and locations.
Requirement 2
Active Road Haulage
Your business is actively engaged in road haulage (goods transport by road).
Requirement 3
Registered in the UK or European Union
Your company is registered and operating in the United Kingdom or a member state of the European Union.

The scheme gives you 1 month free, 30% off for your first 3 months, and a 24-month price guarantee. Places are limited to 10 operators per quarter.

After the free month, you'll receive 30% off the standard price of our eligible domestic and international plans for the next 3 months. Your price is then guaranteed for 24 months.

Common questions about the scheme
Is there any long-term contract attached to the Select Operators Scheme?
No. The scheme itself only changes your pricing and support conditions, but it does not lock you into a long-term contract. You get a 24-month price guarantee for planning certainty. You retain the same cancellation terms as our standard plans.
Which plans are included in the 30% discount?
The discount applies to eligible domestic and international plans only. We'll confirm exactly which configuration and vehicle count is covered when we review your account.
What does "limited to 10 operators per quarter" mean?
We accept up to 10 new operators onto the Select Operators Scheme each quarter. If the quarter is full, we'll add you to the waitlist for the next quarter.
What if my fleet size or business changes during the scheme?
Your 30% discount for the first 3 months and your 24-month price guarantee are locked in. If your fleet size or business changes during that period, your pricing remains unchanged for the guaranteed term.
